You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• Protecting your master password.
• Securing devices used to access LORIIQ.
• All activity occurring under your account.

You must provide accurate account information.

3. Master Password

Your master password encrypts your vault.

LORIIQ does not know, store, or recover your master password.

If you forget your master password and have not configured an approved recovery method (if offered), your encrypted vault cannot be recovered.

You acknowledge and accept this design.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use LORIIQ for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts.
• Upload malware or malicious code.
• Reverse engineer or interfere with the Service.
• Abuse APIs or infrastructure.
• Circumvent security measures.
• Violate intellectual property rights.

5. Zero-Knowledge Architecture

LORIIQ is designed to encrypt vault contents before transmission.

Our servers store encrypted data.

We cannot access decrypted vault contents under normal operation.

You acknowledge that zero-knowledge encryption means LORIIQ cannot recover lost master passwords or decrypt your vault on your behalf.

6. Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Maintenance, outages, internet failures, or third-party infrastructure issues may temporarily affect access.

7. Security Responsibilities

LORIIQ provides tools to help secure your credentials.

You remain responsible for:

• Choosing a strong master password.
• Keeping devices secure.
• Installing software updates.
• Protecting authentication methods.
• Monitoring account activity.

If your device is compromised, your vault may also be at risk while unlocked.

8. Intellectual Property

LORIIQ, its branding, software, documentation, and related materials are owned by VITATECH SOLUTIONS INC. or its licensors.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you.

9. Open Source Components

Certain LORIIQ components may be released under open-source licenses.

Those components remain governed by their respective licenses.

Proprietary components remain subject to these Terms.

10. Privacy

Your use of LORIIQ is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect information.

11. Subscription Plans

Certain features may require a paid subscription.

Subscription pricing, billing, renewals, and cancellation policies will be presented before purchase.

Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension of premium features.

12. Beta Features

LORIIQ may provide preview or beta features.

Beta features:

• May change without notice.
• May contain bugs.
• Are provided "as is."
• May be modified or discontinued at any time.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LORIIQ disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of vulnerabilities.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VITATECH SOLUTIONS INC. and LORIIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of data, business interruption, lost profits, or loss of goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VITATECH SOLUTIONS INC., its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims arising from:

• Your use of the Service.

20. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York, New York, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
